Lift Bridge Cowork announces its Newest Property on Main Street Stillwater called the “FORUM”

August 27, 2025 (Stillwater, MN) – Lift Bridge Cowork, a female-founded and female operated coworking space in Stillwater, Minnesota has expanded its footprint with the renovation of its third building in a four block radius in Downtown Stillwater. Lift Bridge Cowork (LBC) was established in 2019 by entrepreneur, Jill Kaufenberg, and has been the hub of many business professionals and entrepreneurs. With its newest space, they are focusing on offering an approximately 2,000 square foot original brick & timber 1885 building for corporate off-sites as well as intimate events.
Nestled on beautiful Main Street, it is well-suited to be a perfect destination for start-ups as well as cater to the executives & teams from the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Stillwater is a quick 34 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis, and only 24 minutes from Downtown St Paul.
The newest space called “Forum” is part of the Lift Bridge Cowork brand and is adjacent to their current location at 310 Main Street South which serves as a vibrant coworking hub. Amenities at Forum include a giant eight by twelve foot TV, (6) 96 inch TV’s, kitchen for catering as well as a private entrance and ADA accessibility.

Lift Bridge Cowork, Victorian & Forum is also currently partnering with Discover Stillwater & the Greater Stillwater Area Chamber to connect their clients with a corporate incentive program allowing clients to receive cash back for hosting their meetings in Stillwater when they stay overnight at the lodging in Downtown Stillwater.
