• Leadership in the Valley Program Features Community Projects

  • March 2019 Stillwater, Minnesota– The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce recently announced their program, Leadership in the Valley, that will be launching Fall of 2019.
     
    As part of this program small groups will be working on projects for local non-profits.
    We are reaching out to local non-profits, asking you to apply for the opportunity to have a small group of community leaders work on a project for you.
     
    Are you a non-profit organization located in the St Croix Valley?
    Do you have a project you have been wanting to do but don’t have the time or resources?
     
    Your project must fit into one of these categories:

    1. Providing basic needs and financial stability
    2. Youth – promote thriving children
    3. Health – Improve health for our most vulnerable population
    4. Self-sufficiency, restore independence, and connect people to services they need…or
    5. Other – projects that promote positive outcomes for the community such as
    >Art
    >Environment
    >Community events
    >Volunteer program
     
    If this fits you and your organization, we are asking for you to apply for the opportunity for a small group of community leaders to work on that project for you.
