C. R. Stevens and James SpitzerMaking wine at home can be an educational and enjoyable hobby with results that are satisfying and flavorful. While grapes contain the appropriate amount of sugar, moisture, tannin and nutrients for proper fermentation, wine can be made from a number of seasonal fruits. Our friends at Still-H2O will help to demystify the process, getting you well on the road to producing your first batch. We will go through the fundamentals of wine making, recipes, processes, and cover pitfalls in this information-intense workshop. We will sample wines and discover what makes homemade wine good, and even great.Wine Making Workshop with Still- H20
