May is Mental Health Awareness Month - an important reminder to talk openly about mental health, reduce stigma, and promote true wellness.

Meet our Speakers:
Dr. Theresa B. Skaar (Dr. T) is a social psychologist, speaker, and certified Mind-Body Medicine practitioner helping people navigate life’s stress, grief, and burnout with curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based tools—all delivered with warmth, humor, and zero judgment.
Moe Sanderson earned her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently working towards her MN LPCC. She specializes in resilience, mindset, and personal growth. With 20+ years of experience working with athletes, she helps adolescents, adults, and families harness their inner strengths.
Kari Goeden specializes in women’s mental wellness and relationships with a special interest in supporting women who are on the cusp of BIG life transitions. Kari utilizes walk-and-talk therapy to help integrate the healing of mind + body + spirit.
