Valley vine & Harvest Throwdown

The Valley Vine & Harvest Throwdown is a competitive food event for area chefs. Guests feast on seven delectable mini-meals and sample complementary wines. Guests learn cooking techniques, vote on their favorite meal and have the opportunity to bid on unique live and silent auction items, or win a bottle of wine from the wine wall. Throwdown competitors include Acqua, Danny?s Restaurant at Stone Ridge, Domacin, The Green Room, Marx Fusion Bistro, Phil?s Tara Hideway and San Pedro. New this year! Toast your glass of champagne to this year?s harvest as our two food and wine experts share their secrets and recipes. Chef John Schiltz will demonstrate one of his favorite creations.
