Valentine's Dinner With the Chef

Savories has created a special event for 36 passionate guests for Valentine's Day 2008. You may enjoy this fabulous event on either Thursday, February 14 or Saturday, February 17. Our chef, owner is inviting all interested (and amourous) guests to reserve your space for this event. Chef, Jeffrey Klemetsrud will personally serve and commentatethe a 3-course menu that he has created for this event. We begin with Spain by serving Tapas with Cava Andalusian style chorizo stuffed shrimp wrapped in leek with a sherry-orange emulsion, grilled asparagus wrapped in Serrano ham, basted with garlic butter, Manchego-Quince tart with saffron creme. We then move to France by serving Philliponat from Epernay Sea scallops poached in court-bouillion, served on spinach with crispy tourne'd potatoes laced with caviar buerre' blanc. We finish in Italy with prosecco from Veneto lemon ricotta cheesecake, biscotti and pistachio gelato.Seating is extremely limited. We are able to seat parties at these specified times: 6 guests for 5:30 pm., 6 guests for 7 p.m., and 6 guests for 8:15 p.m. Due to the nature of this dinner, we will require pre-paid reservations of $129 per couple, which includes dinner, all listed beverages and applicable taxes.
