Cooking together is romantic and tonight you will have the opportunity to learn a few new tricks … about cooking that is. Michelle will guide you through the preparation of a delicious menu of Mixed Greens with Roasted Beets and Gorgonzola; Grilled Red Snapper with Avocado Sauce; Asparagus and Goat Cheese Risotto; and her specialty dessert of Caramel Nut Tart drizzled with Dark Chocolate.
