A Mother’s Day Tea LuncheonSuzanne SchillingHosting an afternoon tea party can be useful for many occasions, whether a casual get together, a shower or to celebrate mother! Treat your mother to a special luncheon hosted in her honor. Suzanne will prepare this delightful menu featuring English Crème Scones and Lavender Lemon Sweet Bread with assorted jams and Devonshire cream; Strawberry Orange and Kiwi Salad with a Gran Marnier Dressing; Goat Cheese and Watercress Tea Sandwiches; Scarborough Fair Bacon, Onion and Herb Bread Pudding with a savory Cranberry Sauce; and the classic English Trifle with mini Madeleines and Lemon Tea Cookies.
