Manfred will start with a discussion on selecting and purchasing the best product as well as various methods of preparation and grilling techniques. Then you will put this knowledge to practice while creating tonight’s delicious menu: Sweet and Sour Grilled Salmon served with Glazed Pineapple and Mint; Grilled Swordfish with Clams and Black Bean Sauce; a simple yet impressive Shrimp and Vegetable Kebab with Dipping Sauce; and a refreshing Grilled Tuna Steak with Cantaloupe Salsa.
