She will demonstrate a variety of fresh vinaigrettes and creamy dressings as well as Herbed Artisan Croutons in addition to Grilled Steak Salad with Horseradish Vinaigrette, Grilled Corn and Mango Salad, Korean Cucumber Salad, Summer Fruit Salad with Creamy Citrus-Honey Dressing and Fresh Mint, and Thai Pasta Salad with Spicy Chile-Peanut Dressing.Sophisticated Salads Made Simple
