Quince Jam for the Holidays!

Learn how to transform this unusual winter fruit into a beautiful condiment for holiday parties or special gift giving. Quince has a lovely floral aroma and gorgeous pink color that is unveiled as they cook. Khaiti Kahleck will show you how to make this delicious jam which can be served with hard cheeses, a special holiday pork roast, or rack of lamb. Instructions for canning will also be included in the class. The class fee is $15 for members and $20 for non-members.
