Pairing Food and Beer

Kick off this holiday weekend with a food and beer fest! Join local chef Jim and local brewers Dan, Brad and Steve for an explosive evening of pairing great food with great beer. On the menu will be Beer Battered Sunfish with Shaved Radish Salad and Sweet and Spicy Remoulade, Pretzel-crusted Pork Tenderloin with Barley Risotto and Mustard Sauce, and an Artisan Cheese and Charcuterie Plate featured by special guest Erick Harcey from The Kitchen. While Jim creates the food, the boys will pour Lift Bridge’s finest brews. They finish the evening with a dessert and beer pairing of Chocolate Brownie with Beer Caramel and Hot Fudge.Pairing Food and Beer
