Discover a unique event that gives your budding artist a chance to experience the joy of connecting words and illustration. The Stillwater Public Library Foundation has partnered with Off the Wall art studio, local illustrators, Valley Bookseller and Chicago Dogs to make this special P(ART)Y an event you and your child will treasure.
