Morel FestJim KyndbergThe 2010 morel season is once again upon us! Trees have begun to bud and the springtime morel craze inspires unbelievable food. This culinary gem has been glorified by Chef Jim in his many years creating menus and recipes for his award-winning morel dinners at The Bayport Cookery. Rarely did Chef Kyndberg create the same dish twice, and tonight he will once again treat us to a menu featuring his favorite ingredient – the morel.
