Making Yogurt with Khaiti Kahleck
-
Have you ever had homemade yogurt, cultured in a glass jar instead of a plastic tub? The taste is incomparable, the texture sublime. It really costs so much less to make than to purchase. All you need is milk, a starter culture (plain yogurt,) a cooler and one night. Yogurt keeps for months, so you can culture up big batches for efficiency. For about one hour of your time, you can be enjoying fresh yogurt without any additives for months, for cheap! Khaiti Kahleck will show you the whole process and send you home with the instructions and recipe to do it at home. You’ll be able to sample this yogurt during the class!
