You will be inspired to include more of these ordinary yet super foods into your meals everyday when you join Marge and prepare this delicious menu: Applesauce Crêpes with Blueberry Compote, Capered Sardine Spread on Pumpernickel Toasts, Quinoa Black Bean Salad on Wilted Greens, Shredded Beet-a-licious Slaw, and a refreshing dessert of Pomegranate Granita and Pepita Chocolate Squares.
