Arcola on the St. Croix, 12905 Arcola Trail, about seven miles north of downtown Stillwater just east of Highway 95.  Even the simplest flowers can look like they were purchased in a boutique floral shop.  Learn how to turn grocery store flowers into an artful, professional arrangement.  Instructor Pat Weaver, florist and former owner of Trisha's Trunk in White Bear Lake, will instruct participants in creating an attractive arrangement to bring home with them.  Cost is $20.  Flowers will be provided.
