Jeff WoodwardIn this class you will learn the flavor secrets of successful chefs. Discover which flavors tonify organ systems as well as satisfying our palate. You will learn to use texture, color, and flavor (sour, bitter, sweet, pungent and salt) in their proper order to make simple but delicious food. The class is based on the Chinese system of balance called the Five Elements.
