Fishing SpecialsJahn BrinkJahn has another amazing menu planned for us this evening that incorporates several of our local fishermen’s favorites. Covering all areas of perfect fish preparation from start to finish, this is a must for any fish lover! Jahn starts with the evening with Favorite Pan-seared Sea Scallops with White Wine Sauce and Braised Summer Greens, Grilled Sturgeon with Herb-roasted Potatoes and Fruit Catsup, then goes local with Walleye Cakes with Cucumber Cole Slaw and Spicy Remoulade, and Cornmeal-crusted Catfish with Duroc Pork Bacon Succotash.
