Michele LicataThis evening we will mix it up by preparing dishes from different cultures, a flavorful tour of world-wide favorites. Using a variety of techniques and seasonings we will prepare Moroccan Quinoa Vegetable Salad with Orange Vinaigrette, Asian Chicken Wontons with Mango Dipping Sauce; Indian Shrimp Curry over Rice; Braised and Stuffed Rolled Pork Tenderloin, and for dessert, French Blackberry Tart with Custard Sauce and Whipped Cream.
