Cooking with Fire: Succulent SteakManfred KrugProbably the most popular of grilled foods, beef offers us a variety of cuts to work with, from thrifty to extravagant. Manfred will provide us with an overview of where it all comes from as well as discussing the best method of preparation for each cut. Putting this all into practice we will start the grills and learn to prepare a variety of grass feed beef: Cumin-crusted NY Strips; Mustard Slathered Flank; Rib Eye with Spinach and Garlic; and Top Sirloin with Blue Cheese Herb Crust. To compliment all this we will add Sweet Corn with Lime Cilantro Butter, and Chocolate Mudslide Cookies. We will enjoy beer with our buffet.Cooking with Fire: Succulent Steak
