Cooking with Fire: Going Hog WildManfred KrugOur grilling series features the best of our porcine friend as we grill up pork using a variety of methods and cuts. Manfred will lecture on the many cuts of the pig then guide you in the preparation of two styles of the all-American juicy meaty ribs: Puerto Rican -style Pork Ribs with Sweet and Sour Sauce and Kentucky Bourbon-glazed Ribs. We will also learn to prepare Pork Butt and Smoky Pork Chops. Also included will be seasonal side dishes of Grilled Pineapple Salad, Sweet Potato Hash and Beans and Rice.
