If you cannot make it to Paris for a summer meal, why not join Bret in our kitchen and learn to prepare this wonderful French-themed menu? So very European, we will begin the evening with Lemon Apéritif, then move on to the preparation of Chilled Asparagus Soup with Red Pepper Coulis, Pesto-crusted Salmon, Yukon Gold Gruyere Galette, and a classic Apple Tart Tatine with Crème Anglaise Sauce.
