There’s something enchanting about the Greek Isles. Perhaps it’s the golden sunshine, the aquamarine sea, or most likely it’s the delicious food! Join us this evening as we explore this fresh and healthy cuisine with John Michael Lerma as he teaches us to prepare this wonderful menu of Tzatsiki with Courgettes and Aubergines, Dolmades, Prawns with Tomatoes and Feta, Chicken with Figs and Mint, Moussaka, and Spinach Filo Pie (spanakopita).
