A basic bread loaf can be made with four ingredients: flour, yeast, water (or additional liquids), and salt. To this short list, you can add a variety of interesting and delicious ingredients such as seeds, nuts, nut butters, dried fruits, raisins, dates – to name a few – to create hundreds of unique and flavorful breads. Join Jenny in the creation of a variety of wonderful homemade breads today as you learn to make Bread with Fresh and Dried Sprouts, Pita Pocket Breads, and Dinner Rolls. We will use sprouted wheat, oats, sunflower seeds, aduki beans, buckwheat, rye and barley. We will also discuss the methods and equipment needed for sprouting.Bread Baking
