This informative class explains the food-mood connection and empowers class participants to make permanent lifestyle changes. Learn the biochemical connection to cravings and how poor intestinal health creates low moods. Choose foods to optimize production of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and watch your cravings and mood swings disappear. This course qualifies for 2.4 continuing education credits for registered nurses. RNs are responsible for determining whether this course meets their needs. Presented by Nutritional Weight and Wellness. The class fee is $25 for River Market members and $30 for non-members.
