An Evening with Coastal Seafoods with Jahn BrinkSummer calls out for the foods of the sea and tonight Jahn will teach us to prepare these offerings in a fresh new way. On the menu will be Blue Hill Bay Mussels Steamed with Beer, Garlic and Herbs; Yuzu-scented Blue Crab Cakes with Gingered Zucchini Marmalade; Wild Alaskan Salmon with a Saute of Summer Vegetables and a White Wine Pan Sauce; Miso-glazed Sablefish with a Sweet Potato Croquette and Long Beans; and a dessert of Fresh Berry Sorbet.
