    Chamber Responsibilities and Business Responsibilities
    What to expect at your event!
    Chamber Responsibilities:
    The Chamber shall be responsible to supply and deliver: Red Ribbon, Scissors, Banner (if applicable). The Chamber shall send invites to: Chamber Staff, Chamber Ambassadors, Chamber Board of Directors, City Officials (if applicable), and a Chamber Photographer. The Chamber will promote your event via: Chamber Newsletter, Chamber Events Calendar, and Social Media. The Chamber will email all instructions prior to the event date and send rsvp #'s to the host one-day prior.
    Business Responsibilities:
    The Business shall be responsible to secure and reserve the venue (if applicable). The Business shall be responsible to promote the event and send invites per their discretion. It is encouraged for the business to invite business guests, clients, affiliates, media, and so-on, for optimal attendance. FaceBook events and social media promotion is encouraged, and the Chamber will accept a "co-host" invitation. The Business may provide refreshments, promotional materials, tours (if applicable), a brief program, etc., as they see fit. This is not a requirement. Questions?-Contact the Chamber office!
