Yoga Studio Grand ReOpening & Open House

This fun day will include a series of classes designed to help you get a feel for what you can expect to find at both Mudita Wellness and River Valley Yoga Festival. Drop in or stay all day - either way, we'd love to see you!

All sessions are free unless otherwise noted below.

11:30am-12:00pm: Drum Experience w. Daniel Dicken

12:30-1:00pm: Essential Oils w. Nicole Murray

1:30-2:00pm: Acu Meridi-Yin w. Pamela Grosam

2:30-3:00pm: SomaYoga w. Allissa Obler

3:30-4:00pm: Yoga Tune Up w. Ashley Vasas

5:00-7:00pm: Kundalini & Sound Meditation ($40/person, pre-registration required) w. Waking Nomad
