Volunteer Information Session

Do you enjoy meeting new people in your community and helping others?  Attend a Volunteer Information Session and learn about the Community Thread Transportation Program.  A session will be held on Feb. 8 at 10:00am at the Community Thread office, located at 2300 West Orleans St. in Stillwater.

The Transportation Program started in 1967 and continues to serve Washington County residents in need with rides to medical appointments.  Learn about the scope of services provided, how to become a volunteer driver and the benefits of the program.

Community Thread is a non-profit human service agency connecting people and enriching lives in Washington County and Western Wisconsin since 1967.  Agency programs include the Stillwater and Bayport Senior Centers, the Volunteer Center, Transportation, Neighborhood Service Exchange, Medical Reserve Corps and the Holiday Bureau.
