Volunteer Appreciation Reception. We are thankful for you! All current and former Valley Outreach volunteers are invited to our Second Annual Volunteer Appreciation Reception on Tuesday, November 17, 5 - 7 p.m., Water Street Inn, 101 Water Street South, Stillwater.
