Traditional Asian Sushi Class at Rivertown Inn

Sushi is so much more than a roll with rice in it! Working with some of the freshest fish available we will explore what sushi is and where it comes from. Covering styles from Japan and Hawaii, this class is sure leave you a pro when you're done.

These fun and informative three hour classes are offered monthly at Rivertown Inn and feature hands-on instruction, plentiful food and wine samplings, and a take home recipe booklet of the menus from the day. Limited to six people. Reservations required.
