Wilted Green Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette; Pork and Black Eyed Peas; Carolina Fish Muddle; Fried Green Tomatoes; Peach, Blackberry and Crystalized Ginger Cobbler. Skills covered in class include making vinaigrette, searing, working with compound butters, frying, reduction sauces. These fun and informative three hour sessions that feature hands-on instruction, plentiful food and wine samplings, and a take home recipe booklet of the menus from the day. *This class is also offered on Saturday, May 3rd and Saturday, May 10th.
