Skills covered in class include: three types of crepe batter, including gluten free; preparing fillings and making vanilla bean ice cream. Chef Ray's fun and informative classes feature hands-on instruction, plentiful food and wine samplings and take home recipes of the day's menu. $75.00 per person, plus tax. Each class begins at 1pm.
