Caesar Salad; Grilled Strip Steaks with Garlic Herb Butter; Twice-Baked Potatoes; Oven-Roasted Broccoli; Pear Apple Cranberry Crisp. Skills covered in class include preparing vinaigrette, making croutons, selecting and grilling steaks, determining meat doneness, preparing compound butter, roasting vegetables, baking and filling potatoes, preparing fruit fillings, making streusel toppings. Chef Ray's fun and informative classes feature hands-on instruction, plentiful food and wine samplings and take home recipes of the day's menu. *This class is also offered on Saturday, March 8th and Saturday, March 29th. $75.00 per person, plus tax. Each class begins at 1pm. Classes are 4-5 hours long. Food & wine samplings are plentiful enough to be considered a meal! Class is limited to six participants.
