Master the art of crepes, sauce reductions, emulsions, and stratas, frittatas, along with poaching apples and pears. We will also make hollandaise two different ways in this fun and informative class! Our three hour cooking classes feature hands-on instruction, plentiful food and wine samplings, and a take home recipe booklet of the days' menu.
