Pocket Prairies in the Home Landscape Class

Pocket Prairies in the Home Landscape class on Monday April 16, from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Stillwater Area High School. This class will focus on planning, planting and maintaining native prairie patches of a few hundred to a few thousand square feet in home landscape settings. Class participants will learn about native prairie plant species, site selection and preparation, seeding/planting, burning, weed control, sources of seed or seedlings, and professional assistance.
