Picnic in Morocco with Michele Licata

The cuisine of Morocco is rated among the finest in the world, and rightly so. There are few places where food is more carefully and artistically prepared, more delightfully served, and more enjoyed than in this country. In this exotic class we will be preparing several traditional dishes typical to a Moroccan picnic. We will pack our basket with Ratatouille with Dates; Roasted Pepper, Preserved Lemon and Parsley Salad; Shish Kebabs Marrakesh-style with Harissa, and sweet Phyllo Pastries with Orange Flower Custard and Fresh Fruit. Wine will be served with our meal.
