Speaker Bio - Peter P. Ptacek
Pete brings more than 35 years of general business and training experience to his presentations. Best known for his creative, highly interactive and story telling approach: his training is direct, engaging, to the point and fun! Pete has extensive experience in organization development, quality management (which he calls multi- dimensional leadership) supervisory management and leadership development, sales training and customer focus!

Pete has developed and facilitated many types of training programs focusing on leadership and
supervision, lean enterprise and team building, performance management, customer service, sales Pete has worked with WITC - New Richmond since August of 1998 and is an instructor for the Supervisory Management program. Pete still works in Business and Industry and considers himself a student of business processes, and not just another expert!!
