INSTUDIO to Host Joseph Pillsbury and ''The Prank''

A unique two-business event will be held in downtown Stillwater on Sunday, December 20^th to introduce “The Prank,” a novel written by local author Joseph Pillsbury.

INSTUDIO, 212 North Main, will begin the celebration by hosting a time to Meet and Greet Pillsbury from noon to 1 P.M. Sunday, December 20. Friends, family and all readers are welcome to attend.  

At 1 P.M. on that same day, the author will walk across the street to the Valley Bookseller where he will be available to sign his book until 3 P.M. The Valley Bookseller will stock “The Prank” and have it available for purchase on the 20^th.

“The Prank”

Duluth, Minnesota is the setting for “The Prank.” It tells the story of a city gripped by the fierce cold and deep snow of a Northern winter. Duluth, is in a rut. The schools aren’t faring much better— budget cuts, crowded classrooms, and winter school activities are cancelled. Thus, three unlikely teenaged friends find themselves challenged to stir things up.

What follows is an adventure beyond imagination, where real genius meets calamity, and where even the best-planned shenanigans breed a run-in with the law. One thing is for sure: Duluth will never be the same.
