Part I: Preparing new and existing vegetable gardens in the fall for the next growing season
Tuesday, October 13th, 7-8pm, start your 2010 garden season off right by preparing, fertilizing and even planting this fall. Walk through fall garden preparation with Sara Morrison, an urban vegetable garden consultant, and learn why fall prep for the home gardener is easier and less time consuming than in spring. Along with preparation information for next year, there will be time for discussion about any questions or issues gardeners experienced in the garden this year.
