Learn the importance of balancing blood sugar to manage inflammation. Understand why processed carbohydrates increase pain and inflammation and discuss how to replace processed foods with real foods. Discover the role of therapeutic Omega 3 fats and key minerals, such as magnesium. This course qualifies for 2.4 continuing education credits for registered nurses. RNs are responsible for determining whether this course meets their needs. The class was developed by Darlene Kvist, a licensed nutritionist with 30 years of experience, and led by a Nutrition Educator from Nutritional Weight and Wellness.
