Event at Outing Lodge at Pine Point
Join The Outing Lodge in celebration of spring, Parisian food and culture.
The evening will feature a discussion of Hemingway's "A Moveable Feast", a set of memoirs about his years in Paris as part of the American expatriate circle of writers in the 1920s.
Dinner will be based on the menu by Lynn Rosetto Casper:

Plate of the two pates, pate of Star Prairie Farm smoked trout and pate of young spring vegetables
Casserole chicken with tarragon, potatoes with herbs du Provence au gratin and sweet peas
French cheese plate
Spring salad with figs
Floating island dessert
A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to MPR.
