Event at Mind Body Spirit Integration
Group Sessions to transform your thoughts to transform your life. Our thoughts control how we feel and how we see the world. Often beliefs, family values, traumas and general experiences can cause stress and block our natural energy causing us to feel stuck. Bring an issue you want to shift in your system to allow your energy to flow freely, healthfully. We will work on one issue together and "borrow benefits" to release everyone's blockages. Bring water, a notebook/pen.
