Grab someone special this evening and join in the experience of preparing a delicious summertime menu with the chef. William will share techniques and tips from years of his experience as he leads you in the preparation of Proscuitto-wrapped Melons; Asian Sesame Broccoli Slaw; Bacon-wrapped BBQ Pork Tenderloin with Multi-Grain Risotto; Southwest Grilled Vegetables with Verjus-Lime Sorbet; and Crème Brûlée for dessert. A glass of wine will be served with our meal.
