Cooking with Fire: The Last Hurrah Manfred Krug
The end of summer is near, but no way does that imply an end to grilling. Manfred's class this evening will focus on using local and seasonal ingredients to create an impressive dinner menu. Since this area has so much to offer in locally-produced meats, we will learn to prepare a variety of them on the grill: grass-feed beef, bison, lamb, and chicken. Not to forget the abundance of vegetables available we will prepare a Caprese Salad and multiple side dishes featuring green beans, corn and summer squash. Beer or wine served with our meal.
