Our delicious grilling series continues with tonight’s focus on poultry. Manfred will begin with a demonstration of the correct way to cut and bone a bird as well as the best use for each part, with suggestions for a variety of marinades and rubs. Together we will prepare these delicious examples to enjoy: Beer Can Chicken; Grilled Chicken Bulgogi with Scallion Salad; Korean Lettuce Wraps; Grilled Cinnamon Chicken; and Jerked Cornish Hens. Grilled Herbed Polenta and Grilled Beet Salad will be the savory side dishes. Beer and wine served. Held by Manfred Krug.
