A Night in Marseilles with Kristin Klemetsrud
Marseille cuisine has the perfect blending of the contemporary French way of cooking and the customary Mediterranean ways of gastronomy. Largely influenced by the climatic conditions and history of the city, fresh vegetables, fruits, seafood and non-vegetarian dishes all find same importance in the Marseille kitchens. Join Kristin this evening for her interpretations of this French city's famous cuisine. We will start with Americano Spritzers, then move on to savory Olive Biscuits with Ham, the very classic Bouillabaisse with Garlic Toast and Rouille, then a beautiful Seasonal Fruit Galette finishes our meal. French wines will be sampled with each course.
