Carol has been a featured keynote speaker and educator in the US\, Canada\, UK\, Spain\, Thailand\, New Zealand and Australia. Her doctoral degree is from the University of Saint Thomas in the area of Organization and Leadership Development. She has been an HR and Organizational Effectiveness practitioner for her entire career. She has been an adjunct professor at the University of MN\, and the University of Saint Thomas.\n\n\n\nCarol also co-founded and managed a consulting company for over 15 years - so she knows the hustle of being a small business owner - and she is proud to be among other smart hustlers today.
