MALLARDS RESTAURANT OPENS SECOND LOCATION IN FOREST LAKE, MN

January 28, 2019. The Greater Stillwater Chamber recognizes the opening of a brand-new location for Mallards Restaurant. The new American, Seafood chain opened their first location in the Bayport Marina just south of Stillwater, spring of 2013. In 2018 this newest store located in downtown Forest Lake was added to their growing-business and It’s been a successful one. Mallards owners, David and Gail Suddath, have served up quality, award-winning cuisine in their restaurants and are warmly welcomed in both locations as this business is one to watch and enjoy the fruits of their hard work and labor.
David has over 30 years’ experience in the restaurant industry. He dedicated a large portion of his career as a regional vice president with Buca di Beppo and as a general manager for Cheesecake Factory in Kansas City. Mallards chef crafted menu is influenced by David’s nationwide travels. Mallards is known and renowned by locals and visitors alike for their element of warm hospitality and tasty fare.
There is always something exciting to keep your attention at Mallards. From the array of nightly specials and events to the charm of simply dining at one of their beautiful venues, you can take part in a variety of offerings; Wine Club, seasonal outdoor views and special events. On top of their amazing and diverse menu options, they also offer a full bar including hand crafted cocktails.
